Individual Therapy
Our individual therapy sessions, for those 16 and older, focus on empowering your journey to self-discovery and growth. The process begins with a comprehensive 2-hour intake to understand your unique needs and goals. You lead your therapeutic journey, equipped with an array of techniques like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more. We provide tailored support and tools for personal, interpersonal, and professional development, helping you navigate life's complexities.
Couple Therapy
In our couple therapy, we consider the relationship between partners as the primary client. Starting with a two-hour intake session for each partner, we explore individual perspectives before designing a combined therapy plan. This plan includes both individual and joint sessions, using methods like Emotionally Focused and Attachment-Based Therapy. Our approach facilitates open communication, deeper understanding, and stronger bonds, guiding couples through their challenges.
Child Therapy (3-15 Y/O)
For children aged 3-15, we offer a nurturing space for self-discovery through talk, play, and art therapy. The child's therapy journey starts with a 1-hour intake involving parents, followed by tailored individual and joint sessions. We focus on building communication skills, coping strategies, and problem-solving abilities. Our approach extends to supporting the entire family, enhancing dynamics and fostering healthy attachments.
Family Therapy
Our family services aim to strengthen and harmonize your family's dynamics. We begin with a 2-hour meet-and-greet, followed by individual and family sessions. We focus on improving relationships and communication within the family unit. We respect each family's unique culture and values, working towards a cohesive and supportive family environment.
Parenting Session
Our parenting sessions are open to all, from expecting parents to those with children aged birth to 17. Recognizing parenting as both a blessing and a challenge, we are here to support and enhance your journey in positive and mindful parenting. These sessions concentrate on key areas such as effective communication, co-regulation, and positive discipline. We aim to equip you with the skills and understanding necessary to navigate the complexities of parenting, ensuring a nurturing and supportive environment for your wellbeing and your child's growth and development.
Group Workshops
